3. No Refund Policy

  • All payments made to PropEx DGtal are non-refundable once the service has been initiated
  • This includes strategy planning, campaign setup, creative development, or any execution work
  • No refunds will be provided for dissatisfaction based on performance outcomes (e.g., leads, sales, ROI)

4. Exceptions (If Applicable)

Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate payment made by the client
  • Payment made but service has not yet been started
  • Cancellation request raised within 24 hours of payment, and no work has begun

All such cases will be reviewed, and refunds (if approved) will be processed at the sole discretion of PropEx DGtal.


5. Cancellation Policy

Client-Initiated Cancellation

  • Cancellation requests must include project details and reason
  • If work has already started, no refund will be issued
  • Any completed work up to the cancellation date will be billed

Company-Initiated Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel services if:

  • There is non-payment or delayed payment
  • The client provides misleading or illegal business information
  • The client violates advertising platform policies or Indian laws
  • There is abusive or unprofessional behavior

In such cases, no refund will be provided.


6. Subscription / Retainer Services (If Applicable)

  • Monthly services must be cancelled at least 7 days before the next billing cycle
  • No partial refunds will be provided for unused service periods
  • Services will continue until the end of the current billing cycle

7. Processing of Refunds (If Approved)

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 15–30 business days
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or bank transfer
  • Any transaction or processing charges may be deducted

8. Third-Party Costs

  • Any budget spent on third-party platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads) is non-refundable
  • Domain, hosting, or software costs paid to third parties are also non-refundable

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or inability to deliver services due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Technical failures
  • Platform outages (Google, Meta, etc.)
