2. Refund Eligibility

  • If the service has not been initiated within 48 hours of purchase due to a fault on our end.

  • If a customer cancels the service before any work has been carried out.

  • If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon services due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • If the service delivered does not meet the agreed-upon terms as per the contract or order confirmation.

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

  • If work on the service has already begun.

  • If deliverables have been provided as per the agreed scope.

  • If results do not meet customer expectations due to factors beyond our control (e.g., changes in search engine algorithms, platform policies, or user engagement).

  • If the service was purchased on a promotional or discounted basis, unless otherwise stated.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Customers may cancel their service within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided no work has begun.

  • If cancellation is requested after 24 hours but before service execution, a partial refund may be granted based on the work completed.

  • No cancellations will be accepted once service execution has started.

4. Refund Process

To initiate a refund request, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide a detailed reason for the refund request, along with any supporting evidence.

  3. Our team will review the request and respond within 5-7 business days.

  4. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
